Also, if you transfer a Domain Name to your CodeAndServe.com account or set up a new Domain Name for the account, we'll help you do the necessary filings, install CERTs, and make sure your account runs secure.

Application and Database Portability.

CodeAndServe.com accounts are super-portable. We are highly proud of this feature. No other environment comes close.

To move a CodeAndServe.com app to a new hosting provider or to move an app to a server in your organization you do as follows:

  • Purchase and install Aestiva Array Professional on new server.
  • Using tool in Aestiva Array, pack up app into single file.
  • Download file and then upload to new server.
  • Using tool in Aestiva Array, unpack app file.
Now you have an app that runs on your new copy of Aestiva Array. It is okay if the two copies of Aestiva Array are for different operating systems or if one is on a 32-bit server and the other is on a 64-bit server.

The Aestiva Array Pure-Browser Environment

Your CodeAndServe.com account gives you a copy of Aestiva Array Professional which includes:

  • A browser-native desktop with icons.
  • A file manager.
  • A programming editor.
The editor includes a built-in command reference for easy lookup of functions and a single-click run feature for testing code.

The Aestiva Array environment is 100% web-based and complete. Utilities such as FTP, Telnet, and SSH are not included with your CodeAndServe.com account since they are not needed and do not run over standard web ports.

Small Business

The Small Business Plan is for developers interested in serving applications for one to twenty five users.
